Cogent Systems, inc. does not utilize any undisclosed method of obtaining any personal information about you or your computer systems as you visit cogentsystems.com.

We will only request personal information in response to your direct requests through our Contact Us web page.

We will specifically ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you or allows us to provide response to your specific inquiry.

Personal information that is collected by Cogent Systems, Inc. is generally limited to e-mail address, language, country or location, but may also include other information when needed to provide a service you have requested or answer a specific inquiry.

Cogent Systems makes every effort to protect unauthorized access to its information servers.
